How to Request a Refund
Email customerservice@zachsnaturals.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Eligibility
To initiate a refund, please contact us at customerservice@zachsnaturals.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience. We ask for this information not to challenge your request, but to help our production team improve and prevent similar issues in the future. Please note a reason must be given in order to proceed with the refund.
While we proudly stand behind our lifetime guarantee, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the policy, excessive/repeat refund activity or any reason we deem appropriate. Our guarantee is designed to support genuine customer satisfaction—not to enable dishonest practices.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out right away. With Shipping Insurance enabled at checkout, we'll send a free replacement immediately.
